There
is this beautiful view of Ikeja, G.R.A landscape off one of my studio windows
at Opebi, Lagos, Nigeria. Lots of greenery I couldn’t resist painting.
I
took time to observe awhile and then leave the scenery to paint from memory. Had
a great time experimenting with various Cotsman Watercolor paper grams Sometimes,
In each of the works above, I tried to depict
different moods of the day with one or
two additional structures to balance the composition . They are follow-up to
some watercolor painting exercise from
my trip to Abuja, Nigeria last month (March).
